What you can expect here

After years of working and training with some of the best fighters, operators and officers in the world, I have come to understand that the most important function anyone can have, is helping people build their confidence, improve their outlook and show them a better way.

Most personal trainers and coaches cater to a broad base of clients or offer a specific fitness program for weight loss. I specialize in one client and I offer them the tools to excel and get stronger in life and sport. 

Everything from in-person training, kickboxing, self-defense, strength and conditioning to online performance coaching, workout programming and mastermind opportunities.

Through the full spectrum of my sport athlete, tactical athlete and civilian athlete training programs, we train to be dangerous in all areas of functional performance.

My goal in writing this blog

After a complete overhaul of my company, we now serve a global community of like-minded people wanting to be stronger, both physically and mentally.
